OUR STORY

Our whiskey owes a big thanks to our furry friends - squirrels! They help us grow the oak trees that provide the wood for our barrels, giving our whiskey its unique flavors. Squirrels bury acorns that later sprout into oak trees, and we're grateful for their help in creating our beloved spirit. We chose the name OakPacker to pay tribute to these little creatures and their important role in the whiskey-making process.

OUR WHISKEY

At Oakpacker, we're passionate about offering the highest quality whiskey. We carefully source only the finest American single malt whiskies that meet our rigorous standards for taste, aroma, and complexity. Trust us for a whiskey crafted with care and attention to detail.

OUR WATER

At OakPacker, we recognize the importance of water in our whiskey-making process. We consider it to be as vital as whiskey and barrels. To maintain the purity of our whiskey, we use only air-harvested water (AWG) when cutting the proof of whiskey from cask to bottle strength. Our innovative air-harvesting technology enables us to collect pure, clean water directly from the atmosphere, minimizing our reliance on traditional water sources and conserving precious water resources.

Atmospheric Water Generator Technology (AWG)machines create pure, fresh drinking water out of the air we breathe.

The amount of water vapor in the atmosphere is vast and atmospheric water generation is a technique of harvesting that water vapor to make clean drinking water – the more humidity in the air, the more water that can be produced. Water that is produced by our AWGs is pure, does not contain any contaminates and represents a method of suppling safe pure water while being environmentally friendly and saving money. Producing water from the air is a nature friendly practice through an intelligent use of the most abundant and unlimited supply of water available.

AWGs first pull air through an electrostatic-antimicrobial filter, removing air born particles. A condensation unit receives the clean humid airflow and condenses water vapor into liquid.
